Booking Requirements

To confirm your booking we need your credit card details. They are to secure your place in the class or on the boat. We won't charge your account before your arrival, we will just keep this information on our files.

Your details are only for us as a protection in case you "don't show" and we have turned away other guests. Please note we can only accept American Express, Visa and Master Card.

Once you are here you can decide if you want to pay in cash (which is the normal cash price) or with your credit card (which is 3% credit card charge).

Your credit card details you can send us in two different emails (it’s safer)

For example

• XXXX 1234 XXXX 5678 and the exp. date - in the first email
• 1234 XXXX 5678 XXXX and the cardholder name… - in the second email
• You can also give us a call

Cancellation Policy

• 24 hours and more in advance - 100% refund
• Less than 24 hours more than 12 hours in advance - 50% refund
• Less than 12 hours in advance - no refund unless medical note or other substantial and satisfying proof is offered for reason of content
• A full refund will be given if dives are cancelled due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances on the part of The Dive Centre
